I don't know, I am still fairly new to the game, I have only been offering my services for 6 months or so, as I get better I will advertise in other places alot more. 

wix.com. you have to pay for it, but you can build it first. I use my flickr account along with it for my pictures. It is really great and a nice flash site with drag and drop capabilities. Cindy and Laura use portfoliositez.com which has a really great format too. I'm working on building MMMphotography's wix site right now. I love doing that stuff!

wix is super easy drag and drop with some nice templates. try it out girlie. ask Laura or cindy how easy the Portfolio sitez too
