okay I was wondering since I will be coming to base soon. Is there a boot camp or fitness program for the wives? I have been trying to lose weight and the base here has a boot camp for the wives Mon-Fri. If not is there a way to get one started up?

Fisher MCBH did this and it was great! Which base are you coming from? There were also a few groups that weren't affliated with the Semper Fit that did one. 

well my husband has been in Cali but I have been in Jacksonville, AR so I have been going to their boot camp and I have really enjoyed it --- maybe its just an Arkansas thing lol
