I need to get stuff done but I don't know if it is stress related or I am actually hurt but my back is extremely tight and my neck hurts and head is throbbing so I can barely move to do the things that I need to do today like pick up the key to my parents storage unit to pick up some paint supplies and paint primer so I do some painting in the daughters room.. I don't think I would even be able to attempt to paint right now.

Hope you guys are having a better Saturday. Boom.. I could use that massage today!
