I try not to read to much into an offender especially with such little information and he only has to register for 10 years. My brother has to register for 25 years for kissing an underage girl when he was 17!!! She was like 14 but told him she was 16. She had initially claimed she had sex with him and then admitted she lied to protect her boyfriend since he was older and my brother admitted to kissing her to the judge so the judge named him as a sex offender for statutory for a KISS! So yeah. I pay attention to the registry but try not to point fingers and fear people unless they look creepy and the details suggest to be leary of them. 

I agree No Clever Name.......for personal reasons I don't care to list for 3 different situations. I take precaution for my personal safety, but I don't fear all of the registered.

Read people - it says he was confined for 12 years as a result of that charge... It obviously wasn't for something minor. Just saying...

They said he just moved there or just registered there.... Maybe he bought it in foreclosure? IDK.... 

Went by the house this morning.

Still looks vacant and the for sale sign is laying on the front lawn, possibly blown over by the winds we've been having with the accompanying storms.

When I get home tonight, I'll see if I notice any lights on at the house.

He only has to be at the house when officials have an appointment with him I'm sure.

Im sure they make sure that there is some kind of lease agreement in his name. They arent stupid enough to show up to a house with a "For Sale" sign in the front yard and just take their word. 

He's not on probation - he simply has to register as a sex offender. No one checks. 

wow just looked at that site and found a registered sex offender who lives 5houses down from me..creepy.. 

Craven County man arrested on Sex Offender and Fraud Charges.

This is the continuing saga of the man named above.

Oh, and his original Conviction, even though it's not listed on the Registry was for beating and then raping a waitress in a Pentagon Parking lot.
He was a USMC Staff Sgt at the time.


Apparently, his address was either not correctly reported or incorrectly entered into the database.

He never lived at the Carolina Pines address.
