MF Program Assessment- Active Duty & Spouses we need your feedback!

Headquarters Marine Corps invites Spouses of Active Duty who have utilized the:
1) Exceptional Family Member Program,
2) Child Development Centers and/or
3) MCCS Libraries
in the past 12 months to participate in a short survey.

The survey will take approximately 10 to 25 minutes to complete depending on the number of programs you have utilized.

Your feedback will be instrumental in helping leadership gauge your expectations and perceptions of the quality of service you receive from these programs and where to focus future improvement efforts.
