Ladies I don't normally do this but I need someone to direct me to the right direction..I bought something on yardsale they are a Marine family my issue is its not what I wanted I have messages back n forth where we agreed if I didn't like it she would exchange now she don't answer her texts..how do I get my money back? She has the nerve to say it's only 20 dollars..it could b 5 dollars 1 dollar I don't care am not giving money away for some crap..

If it wasn't what you wanted, then why did you accept it and pay for it?

Yea aghh its not a real business. You probably paid cash with no reciept. No proff you even bought it. Even if there was a converation about it. And im sure what you bought isnt worth te $100 for small claims court. Lesson learned.

You bought it... Who cares if they are a Marine family? If they worked at Home Depot would you mention that? If it wasn't what you wanted, don't buy it. I'd probably tell you to fark off, personally.

I had to read that twice because it was verbal diarrhea.

You're welcome.

Well.. it was obviously something you THOUGHT you wanted when you paid the $20 for it initially.. sounds to me like you regretted buying it. I know the feeling, however you don't have that luxury when not buying retail.

My best suggestion to you is to re-list and sell it yourself for what you paid for it. If you were willing to pay the $20 for it, then I am sure someone else will too.. or even if they talk you down to $10-15 then you will still get some of your money back out of it if you absolutely don't want to keep the item.

Take this as a hard lesson to learn and don't be so quick to buy stuff from yard sale sites without really checking the item out in the future.
