I was brought here by raging pregnancy hormones - Came to check out my parents' new vacation home and didn't want to leave...

Their vacation home became their permanent residence a year later when my baby sister and I moved here.

That's kinda cute. I actually really like New Bern. I don't care too much for Havelock, but the hubs & I have decided to make New Bern our home for now. 

I lived in new bern for awhile but i couldn't afford the electric rates there anymore so i moved in with the sister, cheaper rent and i get to be with my nephews 

Oh, and I'm Deb, the old lady - 47, married 19 years at the end of this month.
