My birthday is next sunday, the 22nd. I will be 31 and I just read this amazing story about a man who turned 65 today and did 65 acts of kindness. As you know, I have a whole herd of children, work full time and go to school full time. I would love to be able to do 31 acts of kindness, but I can't do it alone. So I'm asking for help from some of the most wonderful, amazing and compassionate people I've ever "met"- please help me. If you can pledge to complete just ONE act of kindess on or before July 22- please sign up. I would love to share this with you all :)

I always do kind things though. I will go out of my way to open doors for people. If I see older folks pull into a parking spot, I will actually give up the parking spot that I was waiting for so they don't have to walk as far. I take back peoples carts on my way back with mine. They aren't big huge things but they are little things that I know I appreciate when someone else does those things in return.

Actually, I just thought of one I am in the process of doing.. I "met" a girl from Swansboro today on a cloth diapering swap page, and and going to use my discount and free shipping my son won in a cute baby contest to help her get her stash started cheaper :)
