I am excited because I got a lot accomplished today for being so tired! I went to the financial aid office and *crosses fingers* think I got everything worked out with that.. I won't know for 2-4 weeks if I was approved or declined in my appeal but I am hopeful. I got an appointment set up for the kids to get their Military ID cards tomorrow, got some grocery shopping done that needed to be done and joined a Mom's group online for my area that has over 100 members and children so hopefully I can set up some play dates for my littlest and that can force me to get out of the house more.
I will also be able to learn all about the mom 2 mom sales because they host one monthly. Very excited for the chance to be able to sell the kids clothes when they outgrow them and save money on new/used clothes. I found out about this group at the last mom 2 mom sale I was at and I got some GREAT buys. I got Madison 3 FULL bags of clothes for $24. They are all very gently used and cute. It's so hard to find gently used in my sons size though because boys are so rough so also excited to network and hopefully be able to find people selling his size.
I also signed my daughter up for pre-k for the fall and have an appointment to do the paperwork on Monday and if she is approved she will be in full day pre-k because of the credit hours that I am registered for at school. This should help out some of my stress levels big time fall semester and give me more time to focus on studying instead of juggling and praying to remember stuff.
Finally..... positive things! I hate being so gloomy all the time.
I appreciate you ladies though for putting up with me! haha
And we have tulips... Madison is so excited. I didn't plant those but they did not flower last year (I didn't weed out the garden beds at all last year and they need to be weeded more but apparently the little bit that I did really help these things grow).
15 minutes!! I have less kids that you would have to do laundry for too! ;-) Heck.. I'll even wash the laundry.. I just need you to fold it, carry it up the stairs and see to it that it is put away! ;-)
Yup.. I had all 4 impacted as well.. it sucked.. They had to put me under and it was so much more expensive for it. but was glad to have them gone because my mouth was always in pain. I went to MHC I believe.
I didn't do as much as y'all but it felt good to drop a load off at consignment and the good will. I'm done fiddling with stuff around the house. My motto is if I haven't used it in about a year then I don't really need it. This year I'm getting rid of everything I haven't used in less than six months. I seriously need to live more simply and teach my kids that they can do without.
