so if any one in Nc goes picking in nugent cove ....have you picked up a shark mop a microwave a washer and dryer or a lil kids four wheeler red lighting mcqueen toy, on catawba rd, could you please contact me and let me know....my ex-husband decided to throw all my stuff out while i was in Ga. I would greatly appreciate it pretty pretty please...share on your page please
Now that's a trashy trailer bumpkin for sure. She has pics of her son playing in a nasty hot tub naked. And then a pic of her kids in a Nugent home looking like a tornado went through her home. And THIS is what I don't miss. Lol
She probably doesn't have a leg to stand on with calling the police. Since she called him ex husband. I am assuming she lived out of the house for more than 12 months (separation laws in NC) and she left those belongings in his possession so didn't they then become his by default? It's not theft is she abandons her things.
Well.. she called him her ex husband. Either way.. depending how long she was gone for would depend if she could call the police and some states everything is mutual property until there is a separation or divorce agreement assigning property. In HI my ex husband was able to give away all of our furniture without me being able to do anything about it because it was joint property because we didn't have an agreement in writing. I made the mistake and stored the stuff at a mutual friends place and that mutual friend proved who they were closer to by giving him the stuff to give away.
I find it far stretched he would THROW out all those items, I mean he could have hocked the washer and dryer and 4 wheeler for cheap at the very least. Now if the microwave had splattered food in it, cost 40 bucks, and he was going back to the barracks-I'd toss that, hahah.
She was in ga living up the red neck dream. Then she came back just to get "her" stuff (although we all really know "he" paid with it) and it was thrown out. Probably bc he wanted to move back into the barracks where it's safer from the mean ol dependapotomus.
Champ, I've seen it. I once called on a friend bc she just left her husband of 15 years and needed some stuff. This guy just put a sign "free" on all of it and left. I pooped popcorn for that one. Oh the joys of living on base! Lol
