I almost forgot to thaw the turkey.

Whoops!

First course: Antipasto consisting of lettuce, black olives, green olives, grape tomatoes, roasted red peppers, salami and provolone.

Second course: Gluten free baked ziti with meatballs, sausage and hot & crispy French bread.

Third course:
Turkey, stuffing, jellied cranberry sauce, stuffed mushrooms, gravy, baked sweet potatoes, broccoli, brussel sprouts and corn.

Fourth course: various pies/cakes and coffee.

I'm making the antipasto, everything else is being prepared at Mom & Dad's.

I'll be making a small turkey on Saturday, just because I LOVE leftover turkey sandwiches!

Traditional fare.... turkey, stuffing etc... desserts.... whatever the family cooks!

No cooking for me...... Can't wait for the collards this year. Willis' Farm was cooking them today at their farm stand and they smelled sooooo good!

oooh.. now I want Antipasto.. can I come over?! lol

Do you make your dressing homemade?

My dad is cooking.. I will be bringing pumpkin pie and cheesecake.

We are going to my husband's aunt, so most of the norms will already be accounted for. I'm going to bring broccoli casserole: chopped broccoli, cream of mushroom, mayo, cream cheese, top with cheese and Frenches onion, cheesy potatoes: dice potatoes and boil, make ranch dip:mix sour cream and hidden valley ranch packet, cream of mushroom soup (can use cream of whatever) and cheddar cheese, and top with bread crumbs or corn flakes etc. And bake) and either lasagna or bake ziti.

Red, My door is always open!

We use Ken's Northern Italian Dressing on the antipasto. We used to do red wine vinegar & oil, but we like the Ken's dressing better.
