YOU SUCK. *snorts* I saw a new ad posted & applied & applied for the older ad, too. It's been a week & I've heard NOTHING. So I follow-up with phone calls this morning. & both positions have been recently filled. Well, did ya get my cover letter & CV/resume? UUUGGGGHHHHHHHH.

So now I've applied for a "front desk professonal" position & am going to apply for a medical assistant job, too. *sighs*

NOT what I had in mind post-DVM graduation.

Work for yourself DVM. Open up a small office! You don't need to sell dog food and all that crazyness a DVM office has to have. Keep it simple and don't charge as much as these other places do. I'll come and see you!

I'd LOVE to!!! But, I'm afraid that since I already owe so much in student loans ($100,000ish) that it'll be difficult to get the equipment & inventory I need without racking up lot more debt. *sighs*

Plus, being attached to a military man, I'd hate to dump lotsa money into an office that I'll LOVE & ultimately have to sell/leave.

Unfortunately DVM.... We don't have ASPCAs around here that staff Vets...

I wonder if you can contact the city governments and county governments and do a contracted job for them. See if they would be willing to contract your services to go from shelter to shelter.....

Found a several VETERINARIAN jobs on USAJOBS, that are open now, and you should go ahead and fill out a resume online with usajobs and attach it to any VETERINARIAN jobs that are either open continuously, you never know when one will open at cherry point or lejeune..

True that...that is why I won't open up a place. Lord knows the town needs a spa that is not nasty.
