Hi Ladies!

I wanted to post up here an invitation to anyone who is interested to come to my Body by Vi party on June 16th at 7pm. If you have never heard of Body by Vi; it's a nutritious shake that you can drink once or twice a day instead of meals. I drink them once to maintain a healthy body, if you drank them twice a day they can actually help you lose weight. These shakes are also great for kids to drink if they are picky eaters and don't get the nutrition they might need. My husband uses it to build lean muscle by drinking them after a work out. Just a tip, if your hubby also drinks protein shakes after working out, these are cheaper and a lot healtier than the ones you can buy at GMC or Walmart.

The really great thing that I love about them is that they taste like cake mix. You can completely customize each shake and still only be around 150-170 calories per shake. It can be any flavor from strawberry to oreo cheesecake.

If you would like to come, it's at my house, just private message me and I'll give you my address. If you're not doing anything, it should be a lot of fun and I'll be giving out free samples to take home. You're also welcome to come by any day before the party to taste them too :)

People do not and will not drink 1-2 milkshakes the rest of their lives. The new Chick-fil-a Banana pudding shake is EPIC! I might do that.

I know, I ain't invited anyway.

BOOM BOOM BOOM --- 13 years ago -

Yea Allen. I get tired of cereal or pop tarts every morning for a week.

BOOM BOOM BOOM --- 13 years ago -

Good luck with party though

Mrs Zim --- 13 years ago -

I love the BBVi

serendipity --- 13 years ago -

You're all invited. And honestly that's the nice thing about these shakes, you won't have the same flavor all the time. It can be literally any flavor. You're welcome to at least get some samples if you would like :)

Allen if you come, ill make you a banana cream pie shake, I promise!

Yuck.

It's unrealistic to drink weight loss shakes forever. Sure, you might lose weight initially but to keep it off and to sustain such a diet long-term is not a realistic goal.

(FYI, my friend let me try this stuff before, I really didn't like it. )

It's more or less just another pyramid scheme.

serendipity --- 13 years ago -

I mean its not for everyone. With any diet or nutrition plan you have to he committed to wanting to be healthy. If you're not in it mentally to eat/drink healthy, you won't. Actually, its not another pyramid scheme. That's the only reason I joined.

Sigh...

I second this SIGH...

Only way you are going to loose weight is exercise and eating right. Maybe stress and a beer diet or shakes will work but it's the less healthy route.

GroomingMyWay --- 13 years ago -

the minute you stop drinking those shakes you will gain gain gain..like boom said Exercise and a good diet are the only way you can lose weight and keep it off..for Christ sake just put down the burger and opt for a carrot lol..you can not have your cake and lose weight to

Everyone is entitled to their opinions. If you're not willing to open your minds to something you don't know, that's your choice. I was just inviting people to come and try it. There's nothing wring with trying it.

GroomingMyWay --- 13 years ago -

I have tried things JUST LIKE THIS CRAP they dont work..you will only lose weight if you do it right..pills and magic shakes are not the right way.. its teaching lazy fat people to be even lazier

BOOM BOOM BOOM --- 13 years ago -

No need to be mean. We all know the way to living healthy. Again..luck with the partay!

GroomingMyWay --- 13 years ago -

she doesnt know what i or others have tried or not tried she assumed that since i dont agree with her way of losing weight that i didnt try it.
If you're not willing to open your minds to something you don't know

she doesnt need to judge others. i simply said it doesnt work and i dont think people should peddle crap that is worthless..JMO

WHAT THE FLOCK?!?! YOU are calling someone else mean?

serendipity --- 13 years ago -

Trying things "just like this crap" isn't the same as trying it. Me saying you've closed your mind to trying is a true statement since you've so abruptly said you're not interested. I've tried things that were like this and they have been vile. However, I've seen with my own two eyes this work for a number of people. I'm not promoting this just for weight loss, if you saw what I look like you would know that. This has made me have more energy and feel physically healthier since I've started drinking it. As for me judging, I haven't. I've pointed out that you're unwilling to try for free mind you something that does actually give you good nutrition and can help those who want to lose weight.

Thank you to those being supportive. Anyone is still allowed to come if you're up for it. Simply not coming bc you think it doesn't work is idiotic. Just *my* opinion.

Mrs Zim --- 13 years ago -

It worked for me. I lost 11 lbs in the first two weeks. I do not drink the two shakes a day anyone, but am still active and 'try' to eat healthy, and have not put back on the weight. I think it tastes great, my fav is choc/peanut butter.

Vicky (Mod) --- 13 years ago -

This has made me have more energy and feel physically healthier since I've started drinking it

others will say that Ace has made me have more energy and feel physically healthier since I've started using it.

others will say that HcG made me have more energy and feel physically healthier since I've taking it.

others will say that zumba made me have more energy and feel physically healthier since I've started doing it.

It's personal choice.

No pill. No shake. No wrap. No liquid. No device. No video. Will make you magically thin.

You can choose any of these and they COULD work....

What WILL work is TIME and discipline!

Good luck to everyone and whatever they choose to use.

As for me... I choose fat.

serendipity --- 13 years ago -

Mrs Zim, CONGRATS! That's great! I'd love for you to come by the party if you're able to. I made a new shake up that is similar to the reece shake :)

~*MarLa Singer*~ --- 13 years ago -

I also know people who did this "challenge" and told me that they were flippin starving.

Eff that noise.

PS...coffee gives me energy!

~*MarLa Singer*~ --- 13 years ago -

Put some caffeine in one of those shakes and I'll drink the sh*t out of it. LMAO

serendipity --- 13 years ago -

Actually, I made a Mocha frappie shake this morning.

Allen --- 13 years ago -

Yea Allen. I get tired of cereal or pop tarts every morning for a week.

LOL, me too

Allen --- 13 years ago -

Allen if you come, ill make you a banana cream pie shake, I promise!

STOP, that's my ultimate downfall. I hate/love you/LOL. This sounds better than herbalife, may be herbalife remix.

serendipity --- 13 years ago -

Lol, well I'm just saying, it can be done Allen.

~*MarLa Singer*~ --- 13 years ago -

Oh god, I remember when my parents were on the herbalife kick.
