And it's CHEAP! I paid $2.89 for a 1 1/2qt container (I'm happy and sad ice cream no longer(for the most part) comes in a half gallon.

Thanks for the offer Jacky. I'll just get it at Food Lion when I need a little piece of home. :-) Now if I can just get some decent Italian pastry, I'll be in heaven.

Now I want a watermelon roll and a cup of watermelon sherbet with gummy bears. Booo. However, I am suoer excited about the Blue Bell ice cream. 

Blue Bell is the best!!! 

Food lions in Florida were so dirty. I miss them not...publix however is a favorite right behind super target (which by the way has a new line called simply balanced- I think 3/4th no GMOs and 50% of the products organic. 1000 new various products. :)

that's the commercial for the blue bell ice cream! Still a half gallon. lol
I thought it was over priced for ice cream, and didn't taste that much better than less expensive. :( 

Yeah, I'm not paying almost $6 for a half gallon of ice cream.

I bought 2 containers of Friendly's and one container of Turkey Hill(another favorite from growing up in NY) on Tuesday night. I had ONE scoop of Friendly's chocolate almond chip...

All three containers are GONE! 

you found the Turkey Hill at Food Lion? I'll have to check ours. We don't go there often, but I might have to to find some Friendly's and Turkey Hill.
I hope they have them down here at ours! lol 

I always got mini gummy bears in my friendlys ice cream too. Ah, memories.

Turkey hill, yum! I keep meaning to look it up but here in Maryland it has a "local" sign on all the turkey hill price tags. I'm wondering if they have a plant nearby.

I also noticed food lion carries Frozen Arbys curly fries. I was tempted... But resisted. 

I think Turkey Hill corporate is in Pennsylvania.
